The IBW announces the “SUNDAY SUPER SLAM” event
Welcome back to the ROX-TV wrestling coverage. We have some exciting news for the fans out there, who have been waiting for the chance to catch all of the high flying action in person. The IBW has just announced that the “SUNDAY SUPER SLAM” has been officially scheduled for May 2nd, 2021 at the The Jefferson Event Center. I’ve been told that the doors will be opening at 1pm and that the official bell time will begin at 2pm sharp.
This is a family friendly event and the IBW is proud to announce that children under the age of twelve will be getting into the event free, when accompanied by a ticket holding adult. The regular ticket price has been set at $10 dollars for adults. There are eight scheduled matches for the big event, so fans should get ready to see some of their favorite wrestlers battle it out in the ring.
The Main Event is slotted to be a tag team Grudge Match and will feature the menacing “Old Schoolers” which includes the terrible duo of Andy Chene and Rick Cannon, going up against The Monroe Dynasty. DBA and RC3 will be representing The Monroe Dynasty along with IBW Hall of Famer “The Bug”. This match is sure to be a crowd pleaser.
Fans will also get to the giant “Savage” Kongo Kong, who weighs in at 400lbs and stands seven feet tall over his opponents. Will anyone be able to stop this mountain of a man? Only time will tell, but no matter what, Kongo is striking fear into hearts around the IBW and he continues to shock and awe the crowd and his enemies.
Also, early reports indicate that the diabolical Karam Alame will be in the house. This is another wrestler to keep an eye on. It’s too early to predict with any certainty how the IBW will counter the mighty Karam, and I’m not sure anyone knows how to defeat the destroyer at this point. Fans will have to wait and see how it all goes down. Other members of the IBW that will be making their way to the Jefferson Event Center include Ka’Deem Zaire Muhammed, “Can’t Miss” Xavier Walker, the heartless Officer Rod Street, one of my personal favorites…”The Midnight Rider” Billy Ray Daniels, Revenge of the Nerds, and many more.
I recommend getting your tickets as soon as possible to avoid missing out on all the big time action coming your way from the IBW. The clock is ticking. Join the pack and see what the buzz is all about. This is an IBW event in conjunction with ROX-TV.
