Adam Levine: Top Ten Replacement Choices

Adam Levine Exits The Voice Ahead Of Season 17, Here’s Our Ten Replacements
Adam Levine of Maroon 5 announces he is leaving The Voice. And he is the only one to not take a break from the show. So, who should replace him? Now, take into consideration the attempt to cross genres within the mainstream. We would need someone who’s got charisma and some sort of draw for the general public. But, here at RoxxxTV, we’ve never played by the rules. And we still don’t. So, if you’re wondering why we’re doing this? It’s because we can.
But before we begin, we would like to thank our sponsor for this article. And today’s sponsor is Simon’s After Dark. If you want to book a show in the Detroit area, look no further. If you’re just starting out, or you’re simply wanting an intimate show, Simon’s has you covered. Check them out by clicking the image below:
Let’s begin!
10

Travis Barker
Again, our criteria is simple. And this is probably the most obvious pick. From hip hop, to punk rock, Travis Barker is continuing to experiment with new music, which makes him a wide range artist. And if the show wants to succeed in bringing shine to up and coming artists, this is a wise choice. Not to mention, how long he’s been in the music industry.
9

Rude Boy
So, we need someone who’s been in the industry for many years. Well, look no further than Rude Boy. And not only has he dived into the underground, he’s also been in the spotlight on numerous occasions, working with big name artists. From Steve Jones of the Sex Pistols, to Slash of Guns and Roses. What’s more, he’s got a sound taste in music with knowledge of all genres. And The Voice could truly benefit with this replacement for Adam Levine.
8

Henry Rollins
Sid Jones constantly talks about this guy, and I can kind of see why. Not only is he a handsome man, but he’s wise beyond his years. And, if you haven’t heard his stand up, you’re missing out. He would bring a lot of comedy, ideas, and good decision making to the show. Adam Levine would be proud of this selection. And since he seems to be retiring from music, now might be the chance.
7

Ozzy Osbourne
Now, while he is still in recovery, this may be one of the most laid back jobs for him. And we don’t know how much longer we have Ozzy for. So, this is certainly a must have. Now, we don’t have to get into his credentials. I’m pretty certain we call know what this man has done. From Black Sabbath, to his own reality show, this man has done everything. And his knowledge and guidance will be crucial to The Voice.
6

Snoop Dogg
This one is definitely more of an unlikely selection. And that’s because of the lack of hip hop on the show. However, this might bring more variety of music to the show. Adam Levine being replaced with this legend could certainly change the show. And for the better. In fact, I would argue having a little diversity in the genre selections might bring more viewers. In fact, I would almost guarantee that. And he’s been in the business for many years and he works with a lot of artists to this day. Perhaps a good change is just what The Voice needs.
5

Dr. Dre
Who has a better track record for discovering artists than this legendary icon? And remind you, this is the man that discovered Eminem. So, if he chooses a contestant on the show, it’ll help them whether they win or lose. And that could further careers and change the paradigm in the current market. No question about it, this man would be a crucial choice, based on that alone. It’s something worth considering.
4

Iggy Pop
This man is a rock n roll icon. And he certainly has a reputation of being blunt and honest. Which, the show could really use. Not to mention, he has a long legacy that The Voice could benefit from. And it would draw a whole new audience to the show, increasing viewership. Whether or not people are familiar with his music, they would recognize him. And this day and age, that’s more than enough to entertain people. “Hey he’s in the crow, cool!” Because the ones who watch The Voice, are probably those kinds of people. We don’t judge.
3

Keith Richards
How can you not love this man? He’s probably going to outlive us all. So, we know he would be around, at least for season 17 and it’s never too late. Let’s get him on board with the show and really bring in people, just to hear him talk. What’s more, he’s a legend that everyone still talks about. And with no signs of stopping, this would be the time to have him sign on that dotted line. Before we get another Rolling Stones farewell tour.
2

Johnny Rotten
And this one is strictly for entertainment purposes. If you haven’t seen the Marky Ramone/Johnny Rotten exchange, it’s pure gold. Don’t worry, we got you covered. Just so you can understand why he would be the best choice. The Voice would get people to tune in, just to see what he does and says. If you think Iggy is outrageous, just check out the video below. It’s priceless.
I think that says it all.
1

Paul McCartney
The Beatles. And that’s all I can pretty much say. But if you can think of a more perfect crowd pleaser, please let us know in the comendeavments below.
And I just want to say, thank you to Adam Levine. We wish you the best in your future endeavors.
