Wyzerd Says It’s Game Over For The Underground                     

The underground rapper extraordinary to some , Wyzerd has released his new album “Game Over” it is the culmination of a lot of pain, anger, pride, and truth. The
Wyzerd’s Father gave him the inspiration for the first track he wrote “I
Still Remain” before he passed and it became the guide for the rest of the
songs. The whole album is therapy for The Wyzerd and helped him overcome a
lot of personal demons.

He was quoted saying

“I spent a lot of time around the wrong people wasting my time and talent
just waiting for the worst. When I finally started seriously recording Game
Over, it became exactly that to me: an end to the game. I decided I would
do whatever it took to become the version of me I always wanted to be. I
picked up the broken pieces of my life and fit them together like a puzzle
over the beats.”

It Takes a Team To End The Game

Wyzerd is also quoted saying a lot of people deserve credit for this albums completion:” the whole Do or
Die Records crew, J Insane, my cuz Killa Tweed, my father and nephew who
are no longer with us Hank and Cody, my biggest fan- my sister Misty, Ty,
Boston, Blu, and of course the rest of THF! I thank all of you with all my
heart, for it was you that gave me the strength to stand again and truly
embody The Wyzerd. His goals of this album is to show fans that anything is possible with hard work and even in your darkest hour you can overcome any trial.

You may wonder why he wears face paint. The reasoning behind this is the Wyzerd
feels that it is a represention of his inner self. It looks like a skull to
express the bare bones of one’s inner self allowing him to be vulnerable
and connect deeply with his fans on a personal level.

The title of the album Game Over was inspired by his trials of drug addiction and loss of
close loved ones. This motivated him to take action on his goals and dreams
in his life, starting with music. Game Over is an achievement of that goal
and stands as physical proof that if u want to do something, you can. It’s
simply as matter of believing in yourself. You never know what you can
accomplish until you try, and the Wyzerd has proven that with Game Over.
