REDD Gets Innovative With Drip 2 Clean Video

REDD goes beyond the typical element of hip-hop and kicks it old school. Do you remember the mid 90’s club music? Well this track Drip 2 Clean is a bit of a throwback for me. The catchy beat and hook is a reflection of the music I grew up listening to on MTV at six in the morning. Furthermore, new school fans might have some appreciation for this track as well. As far as the music video goes, there’s a cleverness to it. Most of today’s videos feature hot tubs and cruise boats. However, in this video we see that its the simple things in life. REDD, Matt and Kenny are featured in the video having a grand old time.

REDD Is one of the most “out there” rappers I know and is criminally underrated and underappreciated. While most people prefer this style of music, REDD is extremely diverse. Along with his music videos and music, he captivates live crowds and this song needs to be performed live. Especially with the demand for this kind of track. Without a doubt, he’s beyond your typical artist and offers something completely new. While remaining old school as well. In addition, he’s performing with Chris Webby LIVE at the Blind Pig November 5th. And I think the crowd will respond well to Drip 2 Clean.
