The thirty second local snack break

Welcome back to the ROX-TV website. This segment is small but vital to survival. Who doesn’t eat? Especially when they are drunk or high. I know I have over the years. One of the problems with being intoxicated (on whatever you’re fucking with) is that cooking can be dangerous, time consuming, and a pain in the ass. Sometimes a guy or gal just needs to eat and fast.

A snack can be the difference between slipping over the edge and maintaining that magical balance for a longer night. Who here hasn’t had their life saved by a pepperoni stick at the liquor store? I have. Who among us, found themselves coming out of the fog around 3:33am and needed a little relief in the gut. Partying can take a lot out of a person and beyond recommending B12 (my own personal favorite), a snack is usually just the ticket. It’s cool to admit it, I just did. So below you will find my very own midnight recipe for people in need of a bite, without wanting to invest twenty minutes warming up the stove or fucking with more shit than required.

This segment is not sponsored by Faygo or Koegel’s but I wish that it was. This is today’s easy thirty second snack break featuring some of Michigan‘s finest products. To get started all you need is a jug of Koegel’s Red Hots or Pickled Bologna, a block of cheap Colby cheese purchased at your local grocery store, a bag of “nacho” chips and some Faygo Rock and Rye.
No heating apparatus is required for this snack, but a sharp knife will come in handy later.
Although not required, a cutting board is helpful. If one is not located, a plate can be used as a substitute.
Let’s get started.

Step One:

Open the lid on the jug of Koegel’s and remove the required amount of Red Hots. Place on a plate. Recommended dose-One per person, unless stoned.

Step Two:

Use knife to open cheese package and begin cutting small, bite size pieces. Place the un-even pieces on the plate. 1/3rd of a chunk should accommodate one person.

Step Three:

Open bag of cheap “nacho” chips. Remove one and a half hand fulls. Place on plate next to Red Hot and cheese.

Step Four:

Open vintage can of Faygo purchased from your local garage sale for around three bucks.

Step Five:

Enjoy
