Tech N9ne remains one of the greatest emcees to grace a stage. Not only does he emerge with a stage presence, his skills in the booth are undeniable. And after 20 years of accomplishing his goals, it appears that his time to retire is drawing near. Not to mention the potential writing on the wall with Krizz Kaliko leaving. Be that as it may I firmly believe that this is nothing more than a step in the right direction. I have nothing bad to say about Strange Music. However, when Tech N9ne retires, we will see a shift in the music industry.

Farewell Tour

In the lead up to Tech N9ne retiring, there will of course be one last tour. In reality, this is kind of an obvious move to make. But with this emcee being a staple in music, there’s no way he’s just going to hang up the headphones without a proper goodbye. And I can’t think of a single time an artist just said, “I’m retiring now! Thank you and goodnight!” However, it is safe to say that this final tour will be one you don’t want to miss. Kaliko may even take the stage one last time with the founder of Strange Music. So, before he hangs it up and makes it official, there will be one more tour. Promise you.

He Will Still Be In The Office

Despite the fact that his retirement would be performing and making music, I still believe he will be the man in charge. If I were to start a record label, I don’t think I could hand it off to someone else. Especially since I built it with my own hands. And I can’t see Tech N9ne just up and leaving the desk. Strange Music is his baby and it will be up to him to sign new artists and manage the label. Who else is fit do it?

“I’m The Next Tech N9ne”

To clarify, I’m not talking about me. When Tech N9ne exits stage left, my greatest nightmare will become a reality. Rappers with egos and sense of grandeur will be talking about how they’re going to “pick up where Tech left off.” And this is just one of the phrases you will hear in interviews. And I’ll put a week of pay on it. If there is any reason I don’t want the man to ever retire, this is one of them. Don’t lie, you’re head is filling up with all the phrases right now. People fighting for a throne, climbing to the top, and on and on it goes. Sorry to plant this thought in your brain, but we all know its true. And its the one we all dread. So, brace yourselves and try to not be embarrassed when this happens.

Tech N9ne Greatest Hits Album

Again, this one is kind of obvious. But I think Tech N9ne will be fairly creative by asking the fans for their thoughts on his best tracks. And he will do it strictly for the technicians. Hey, that’s actually a damn good title! A greatest hits collection for his fans as a thank you for the years of love and support. And since I’m on a roll of pitching ideas, I think fans who attend his farewell tour, they should get a free copy of his greatest hits. Available at the show and nowhere else. And why not, exclusive merch as well! Go all out Tech just as you’ve always done!

Career Change

Here is my shot in the dark. But with Tech N9ne being energetic and not holding back on anything he does, he has a reputation. And while people will laugh, joke, make comments or even support my hypothesis I think Tech N9ne will choose a career path. So, get those fingertips ready as we announce the number one spot! Acting. Yes, I said it. I think Tech N9ne will remain in the spotlight and switch gears into another form of entertainment. Imagine waking up one morning, looking for something to watch and there’s a Netflix mini series with Tech N9ne listed as an actor. I’m just saying, anything is possible at this point. And I think this could be something to maintain fans and still retiring as one of the greatest rappers of all time.
